Company provides offshore services for software development to overseas clients. The process followed in such assignments is generally as follows:

• If required, a part of the team also spends some time at the client's site to analyze system requirements. The team also interacts with the client's personnel to understand the intricacies of the system. 

• Once the client provides system analysis and requirement specifications, Company’s team immediately moves into the development phase. 

• The development team in India then designs and develops the software based on the specifications provided. 

• After the completion of the development phase, the software is tested. 

•  If the software passes the tests, it is implemented at the client site, and the client's personnel are trained to use it, if need be. 

• Company rounds off the entire process by providing on-line support to ensure the smooth functioning of the software and swift resolutions of any issues that may arise. 

• Ability to grasp the requirements and provide innovations which had not been thought of.
