Harmonic^® GrainPro

This software is developed for commission agents (also known as Aadhti) in grain mandis. These agents are licensed from the state government (through Mandi Samitis). Their main job is to help farmers to sell their crops to mills and government agencies. Basic process of sale at Mandi (known as Aadhat) is as follows:

Farmer brings his product to Mandi.
His product is piled up at a defined place in the Mandi.
He contacts a commission agent for sale.
This agent organises an auction of the product for the best possible rate.
Once the auction if finalised, the agent makes arrangement to weight and pack the product in proper bags.
Farmer is paid for product in the actual weight of his product minus commission of the agent.
The purchaser picks up the product and makes payment to agent. This payment can be made same day or in a few days

Our software provides automation of following 4 operations:

1. Aadhat (Grain)
It is a simplest and basic operation. In this case products are sold through auction to other agents or mills.

2. Dalali (Wheat)
It is slightly different than above process. In this case product is sold directly to Flour Mills. Normally it is done for wheat.

3. Dhaan Procurement
It is a bit complicated operation. Normally dhaan is purchased by Rice Mills. For this purpose Rice mills appoints a commission agent as their purchasing agent in the several mandis. These purchasing agents purchase dhaan on the behalf of rice mills. After purchasing they have to collect dhaan and send it to rice mills. Purchasing agent has to keep track of all purchase from farmers and deliveries to rice mills. During dhaan season a high volume of dhaan is purchased at mandis. Due to this volume it is a big task for the agents to keep complete record accurately.

4. Gur Procurement
It is similar to Dhaan procurement and involves different steps with some differences.

Working of GrainPro
GrainPro working is very simple. Just create masters of your products and parties you deal with. After this start your business transactions. As you with the transactions your all required reports will be generated side by side. Its working can be categorized as-

This the first section of this software. In this section we can make different type of customer, products, seller etc.

This section is divided in to two parts.

1. Party master
In this part we can add different type of parties like customer and venders.

2. Product master
In this part we can add different type of products like Gur, Wheat. Dhan Etc

This is the main part of this software. There we can maintain our daily dealing with the different type of customer and with the different type of business activities e.g. Aadhat, Commission, Dhaan Purchase, Dhaan Bardana, Gur Purchase etc.
