Estimating is Easy
A product for automation of printing industries. It is positioned vertically in ERP segment and horizontally in the client/server segment. It can handle various business operations of a medium to large sized printing press companies.

What about the estimation?
You can individually customize the comfortable entry screens. Performance tables, formulas, estimation order and plausibility rules are some aspects, which can be freely configured. This enables every commercial, book, display, continuous stationary, rotation, silk screen or package printer to implement the ideal estimation.

The estimation assistant helps you to work on the estimation quickly and with confidence.

 
Is the price correct?

The estimation allows you to compare the estimated price with the client’s price and displays effects on the contribution margin. Job papers are created in MS Word, using estimation entries.
 
Offer and order confirmation, both containing the new prices, can be printed immediately or sent to the client directly via fax or e-mail. All further data for job dockets, labels, invoices and delivery notes, etc. is also transferred to MS Word directly.
 
Who will do the layout?
Print sheet layout and imposition-schemes are generated automatically. The data is transferred from the estimation. This means that you receive the complete work preparation for the paste up. Finishing:
  • Wire stitcher
  • Adhesive binding
  • Sewing

Is the paper still on stock?
The material control enables targeted management of your complete stocks.

One click displays your available paper or item with corresponding quantities and prices. These values can be transferred to the estimation.

 

Can the delivery date be confirmed?
Jobs are automatically integrated into the scheduling module, using the production times, determined in the estimation, for example the desired delivery date. You can access them from there for your capacity overview, as well as for general or exact scheduling.

 
Where is the job right now?
The electronic job docket always gives you a current, detailed insight into the location of the job at any point of time. This is made possible by using PC-entered completion messages.

Jobs can be graphically scheduled with the scheduling module.

The job docket can be printed or viewed directly on the PC-screen.
 

When is Mr. White’s birthday?
Relevant client-data, a complete history of all business transactions, detailed evaluations and daily bring-forward dates help you to administer your turnover potentials.

 
Was the job worth it?
After the manual entry of daily dockets or ODC, solid business evaluations and statistics are made available to you directly on screen or as print outs.
